Lovely and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent location in a newly developed area with many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Warm welcome and room upgrade from Ms. Safaa at the reception. Quiet and lively area, perfect for a nice evening walk. Family-friendly and easy to find and park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us. This place is in a newly developed area right by the promenade, which is very lively yet quiet at night. We had a great time walking around the area and trying out the different restaurants. The staff were amazing. They were always available to help us with whatever we needed. The service, room amenities and facilities exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and sun loungers. The spa and wellness centre was also top notch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were modern and stylish. We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool, as there were always sunbeds available. The location was perfect, right by the promenade in the newly developed area called the M Avenue. It was a great spot for an evening stroll, with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from.

The staff, especially Yass, were pretty good too assist us throughout our entire trip, making our experience more manageable and enjoyable. The location was great, with vibrant shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean and had a lovely ambiance. Despite a few minor issues like the shower water temperature changing and lack of storage in the rooms, our suite was spacious and comfortable. The bar service provided by Hachim was great, and the pool staff were friendly. we would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and fantastic service.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Clean room with clever, trendy design. Enjoyed the rotating TV and rooftop pool. Tasty food by the poolside.
